Having spent the first four years after college working as a branch manager for a finance company and learning about home loans, I saw a huge need to branch off on my own and bring
   what I learned to a more personal and easily accessible company. I received my real estate license 1985 and ran a local Real Estate and Loan corporation as acting Loan Manager for several
   years before receiving my California Broker’s License in 1991 and partnering with another broker to establish a new mortgage company.

   In July of 1996, I left that partnership to start up my own company.  Since that time, I have developed very strong relationships with  banks and investors. Our real story however, lies with our clients. 

It’s one thing to simply serve our client’s needs for a quick transaction.  The key to success lies within our relationships with our clients.  Buying, Selling, Financing and Refinancing a home
is likely the largest financial decision you are likely to make over your lifetime and it should not be treated with anything less than full attention to detail and white gloves throughout the process.
In doing so, our clients are repeat customers and feel comfortable referring their family and friends to us.
